Taking a pre workout energy supplements for cardio?

yeh pre workout supps i definately like for cardio, just make sure u drink lots of water when u take pre workouts because the stimulants and creatine in it can make u cramp up... and if i were u i wouldnt take it late at night u might have some trouble goin to sleep cuz it gets u wired
